Grants for Growth - Let's Build Hope, LLC

Foundations and grants can be a tremendous source of nonprofit support, but they require a different skill set than traditional fundraising. Our Grants for Growth program is designed to help nonprofits build a strategic grants process that will be productive in the short-term and over time.

Let’s Build Hope consultants will support you, sharing through their work the finer points of grant writing, research, reporting, and foundation stewardship. We’ll help develop long-term foundation strategies that consider the needs and desires of your foundation supporters, tying them seamlessly to your organization’s most pressing challenges.

Strategic Grants Support

Every organization is unique, and so are their funding needs. The Grants for Growth program provides expert support that’s tailored to each nonprofit, which may include (but isn’t limited to) the following services.

Evaluation & Writing: Grants for Growth consultants will evaluate previous grant requests, including prior requests, approaches, and award amounts. We will help create content for grant inquiries, review best practices for grant requests, carefully format and layout requests based on grant parameters, and offer support to help you develop budgets, refine your programs, consider evaluative approaches, and more.

Prospect Research: Consultants will also help identify new grants opportunities. We will conduct research to find prospects that closely align with your nonprofit’s mission. Your Grants for Growth consultant will provide opportunities and write additional large corporate, foundation, and/or government grants.

Grant Stewardship: Foundations provide significant financial support to nonprofits. To strengthen these important relationships, Grants for Growth consultants will create a stewardship plan for foundation donors and provide coaching on foundation development, including strategies for interacting with foundation personnel, shaping the case for support, handling challenges, and more.
