Business Systems Renovation: Sometimes business systems are neglected or underdeveloped as our nonprofits grow. Or maybe they were created ineffectively because of limited funds and staff. Through Business Systems Renovation, we help you redesign and implement new financial, human resource, and facility systems to give you peace of mind that your operations are being appropriately managed and that your systems are strong and capable of supporting your advancing mission.
Momentum: In this intensive partnership, Let’s Build Hope consultants work consistently and closely with senior leadership and Board members for up to three years through single-year contracts. This longer-term arrangement allows us to employ our hands-on approach to provide guidance through complex issues like Board and staff leadership turnover, need for significant program adjustments, a thorough mission/vision/values review, or a change in fundraising structure…or maybe even all of the above! Consultants begin immediately working on any pressing challenges including but not limited to a review of programs, fundraising, operations, and finance. This approach allows us to bring all our resources to your organization.

Discovery: We take the time to really understand your organization’s history, people, mission, strengths, and challenges. This process can take a week or several depending on the complexity of an organization. We want to really know you before helping you implement changes.
Decisions: Next we present you with options for overcoming the challenges facing your nonprofit. We work with you, your staff, and the board to decide the best path forward for your various efforts.
Implementation: Then we implement. We are your project manager. We lead the implementation of the changes identified in the decision-making phase. We coordinate our efforts with those of your vendors and staff to complete the project on time and on budget.
