In this 90-minute Launch and Learn, Sarah Melinger and Meredith Friedman, CFRE will discuss how a 10-Year Impact Statement differs from having an aspirational vision…and how having one creates a long-term vision that sets the actions for the board and staff to ensure positive change and tangible outcomes for those the organization serves. It is meaningful work that requires true partnership between board and staff and strengthens the working relationship.
